The ‘Greek House’ team consists of an arsenal of specialized professionals in the field of real estate, each excellent in their field, who produce the group’s success. The team work synergistically to create a full package of services and maximum added value for the Group’s customers.

The team consists of advisors and partners in the following areas, among others: real estate marketing, sales, contractors, architects, engineers, construction inspectors, legal staff, CPAs and taxation consultants.

The group owns a high standard property management company that takes care of the ongoing management and maintenance of the property, and property rental services.

The team is accustomed to working with clients from different countries and can help bridge language and cultural gaps on the way to investment.

The ‘Greek House’ Group was founded by two entrepreneurs from Israel with extensive experience in the field of real estate from complementary aspects and specialties.

Dotan is an accountant, specialized financier, graduating from the ‘Deloitte Brightman Almagor’ Accountancy Offices in Israel and holding a BA in Business Management.

Dotan is focusing on the overall financial strategy of the group’s investments.

He has been active in the field of real estate for the past two decades and has extensive experience in marketing and sales and creating capital for all clients.

Iris holds a Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Specializes in planning and urban renewal and has managed complex real estate projects for the past two decades.

Iris leads the company’s investment strategy, the areas of development and brand expansion.

Ido is an accountant holding a business management and accounting degree from the College of Management. He has business and financial expertise, and he graduated the financial department of Deloitte accounting firm – Brightman Almagor Zohar.

Ido has extensive experience in the worlds of management and real estate. In his previous job, he served as CEO of a European real estate and hospitality company that operated in several countries in Europe.

Ido leads a strategy of developing the company’s real estate business in Greece. Together with the team, he is locating and closing potential deals in order to achieve the

highest returns to the end buyers and the company’s investors.

Elina is a professional with a Master’s degree in International Public Administration and an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management.
She has an extensive administrative experience, including roles held abroad in Germany and she complements the team with her current role as the chief operating officer.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of numerous properties and projects, Elina ensures smooth coordination of maintenance, tenant relations, financial management, and strategic planning, all with the aim of fostering positive outcomes.
